Sign in to Circin without a password

Get a sign-in link by email and open Circin with one tap — or type the 6-digit code from the same email if you are on another device.

A magic link signs you in with no password at all: Circin emails you a link, you tap it, and you are in. The same email carries a 6-digit code for when the link will not open on the phone you are holding.

  1. On Log In, tap Use Magic Link (Passwordless). The screen reads "Passwordless Login" with "Enter your email and we will send you a magic link to log in directly."
  2. Type your school email address in Email Address*.
  3. Tap Send Magic Link. Circin confirms "Check your email for a sign-in link!"
  4. Open that email on the same phone and tap the link. Circin opens on "Verifying Magic Link..." and signs you in.

Use the code instead. The screen you were left on is headed "Check Your Email", and below the OR divider there is a field hinted Enter 6-digit OTP.

  1. Find the six digits in the same email.
  2. Type them into the field.
  3. Tap Verify.

Rules and gotchas

  • The emailed link only signs you in inside Circin, on the device you open it on. From any other device, use the code.
  • An empty field reports "Please enter OTP" and fewer than six digits reports "OTP must be 6 digits".
  • The back button is switched off on the "Check Your Email" screen. If you arrive there without an email attached, tapping Verify only says "Please enter email" and there is nowhere to type one — go back to Log In and request the link again.
  • The learner-account check still applies: a magic link cannot sign a teacher or parent account into Circin.
  • If a request fails with an unusual technical message, send the link again.
