Also on Admin Panel: The admin dashboard Circin Maestro: Sign in to Circin Maestro

Circin opens straight on the Log In screen — there is no guest mode and, unlike the admin panel, no school code to type. Your school comes from your account.

How do I sign in with my email and password?

  1. Type your school email address in the field hinted Email Address*.
  2. Type your password in the field hinted Password*. The eye on the right reveals what you typed.
  3. Tap Log In. The button shows a spinner while Circin loads your profile, then Home opens.

Can I sign in with Google, Apple or my phone?

Yes, when your school has switched those on. Under Connect with one of the following Option you may see Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple (iPhone and iPad only) and Sign in with Phone.

  • Google and Apple hand you to your phone's own sign-in sheet, then return to Circin.
  • Phone opens OTP Verification. Pick your country code, type your number and tap Request OTP, then enter the six digits and tap Submit. Resend OTP becomes tappable when the timer runs out.

There is also a passwordless magic link if you would rather not use a password at all.

Rules and gotchas

  • Circin is the learner app only. A teacher or parent account is signed straight back out with "This app is for students only. Please use the appropriate app for your role."
  • If your school account is still being set up you get "We couldn't confirm your school account yet. Please try again in a moment — if this keeps happening, contact your school." That one is worth retrying — it is not a rejection.
  • An unverified email address signs you out with "Email Not Verified" and a Resend Verification Email button that counts down for a minute between sends.
  • Common errors: "Password is incorrect", "Account not found or incorrect credentials.", "Too many attempts. Please try again later."
  • Sign Up at the bottom cannot give you a student account — your school creates it. Forgot Password? always confirms with "Password reset link has been sent to your mail", even for an address it does not know, so check your inbox and spam folder before assuming the mail is on its way.
