Track the school bus in Circin Maestro

Follow your bus stop by stop in Circin Maestro, see whether it is running late, and read the details of your transport plan.

Once you are enrolled on a route, Circin Maestro shows the trip as it runs: which stop the bus has reached, whether it is behind, and when it should reach yours.

How do I track my bus?

  1. When a trip is running, a card appears in the Home Needs your attention group reading Bus · with a Track action. Tap it. The Transport launcher in Workspace also carries a red LIVE badge and opens tracking directly.
  2. Otherwise open Transport and tap Track my bus on your plan card.
  3. Track my bus opens with the vehicle name and its number in brackets, the route underneath, and a Pickup or Drop chip.
  4. If the school has stamped a delay, a banner reads Bus is on time, Running late • n min or Running early • n min.
  5. Below that, every stop is listed with two columns — Scheduled and Arrived.
  6. The stop the bus has reached is highlighted with a Bus is here pill; your own stop carries a Your stop pill.
  7. The screen refreshes itself while you watch. Pull down to refresh immediately.

What does my plan card show?

My Transport Plan lists My Route, Pickup Point, Vehicle, Validity (from and to), Fee and Mode — Salary Deduction or Free. Cancel transport plan sits underneath it, and an expired plan shows Your transport plan has expired. with a Renew button.

Rules and gotchas

  • Track my bus only appears when your plan is active and a route has been assigned to it.
  • Outside trip hours you get No trip is running right now. Check back closer to your travel time. A lapsed plan reads No active transport plan to track.
  • The timeline deliberately drops one School row — the leading one on a pickup trip, the trailing one on a drop — so the two directions are not mirror images.
  • Tracking stops polling the moment you leave the screen. Come back to it rather than relying on a stale view.
  • Your stop is only marked when you opened the screen from your own plan. Arriving from a push notification shows the timeline without it.
  • Cancelling a plan asks first — Cancel transport plan? / You'll need to request transport again to re-enrol. Any refund is handled by your school. Refunds are not handled in the app.
