Download your salary slip in Circin Maestro
Open your own payroll history in Circin Maestro, read the figures behind a month, and open the salary slip PDF on your phone.
Updated
Profile → Payroll → My Payroll Slips is your own pay history — one row per payroll period, with the slip behind each one.
How do I get my slip?
- Tap the Profile tab, then My Payroll Slips under Payroll. The screen is titled My Payroll.
- The filter under the title fills in with your school's default session year, and the list loads.
- Each payroll is a numbered row with its title and a green Paid badge.
- Tap a row to expand it. Four figures appear: Basic salary, Net salary, Monthly allowed paid leaves and Monthly taken leaves.
- Tap Download salary slip. A dialog reads Downloading salary slip, then the PDF opens in your phone's usual document viewer.
- Save or share it from there.
Rules and gotchas
- The green Paid badge is printed on every row. It is a label on this screen, not a payment status — do not read it as confirmation that money has moved.
- The slip is written into the app's own storage and handed to the viewer. It does not land in your gallery or Downloads folder; use the viewer's share or save option if you need a copy elsewhere.
- Every download failure — no signal, an expired session, a bad file — shows the same line: Something went wrong. Please try again later. If it repeats, try on a different connection before raising it with the office.
- There is no month filter. The session year alone scopes the list, and each row is one period.
- The figures here are what was paid. The allowances and deductions that produced them are on Allowances and deductions.
- Your school's own payroll register is a different job, done in the admin panel — see Manage payroll.
